Pro tip: For an enhanced experience, warm your Mochi Cakes and Mochi Maddies in the oven at 325°F for about 5 minutes (not for Mini Mochi Cupcakes since the buttercream will melt).

How ordering works

Build your order
Choose your treats, flavors, and sizes. Order at least 24 to 48 hours ahead. Same-day orders may be possible depending on availability.

Choose pickup or delivery
Curbside pickup is free. Delivery ($45 minimum) is $5 within Summerlin and $10 to select areas of Las Vegas, including the Strip.

Pay, then we confirm
Pay securely through Square. You will receive a confirmation text message and/or email, usually within 4 hours, with an estimate of when your order will be ready. If the timing does not work, we will find another time or give you a full refund.

The Mochi Oven is a small, home-based microbakery in Summerlin, Las Vegas. We bake Asian-inspired mochi cakes, Mochi Maddies, and bite-size treats in small batches.
Everything starts with butter, rice flour, and a love for that signature chewy texture. No preservatives, no shortcuts. Just handmade treats ready for gifting, gatherings, and everyday cravings.
